About me

Erica Carleton

Associate Professor, Leadership, Hill and Levene Schools of Business, University of Regina

It’s nice to meet you.

I’m a Regina-based university professor, researcher and coach.

I’m a life-long learner. I finished my PhD in Organizational Behaviour from Smith School of Business, Queen’s University in 2015 with stops at Saint Mary’s University (Halifax) and University of Regina for prior education. I’ve recently become a certified coach through the International Coach Federation.

As a researcher, I’m interested in the health and well-being of leaders and the influence they have on their employees. Recently, how women navigate getting and staying at the top of organizations has become an interest of mine.

I’m also a speaker and sharer of knowledge. I’ve given talks to not-for-profit and for-profit organizations across Saskatchewan.

If you’re interested in contacting me, drop me a line on my contact page.
